Can you start by introducing yourself and your AIESEC journey so far?

Hi, I am Fahad Adil, a 3 year BCOM student of Strathmore University, Kenya. I have been a member of AIESEC Strathmore since 2011 and I started as a very shy member in the ICX team but with thanks to AIESEC I was voted in as the VP-iGCDP 5 months after joining and I have never looked back. During my term our LC realized the highest number of incoming EPs since its inception in 2003 and currently I'm serving another term in the EB as the first Vice President of Expansions and Innovations.

Why did you join AIESEC?

I joined AIESEC because I wanted to discover the leadership potential in me and I have managed to do that by getting out of my comfort zone and managing a team of 18 people thus the success I've had in my portfolio, currently 3 of my team members are in the 2013/2014 EB team with me.

Please, share something interesting about AIESEC Strathmore.

Our LC was started in 2003 and since then it has been one of the leading LC's in Kenya. Last year we were voted the best organisation in the University and the best brand ambassadors of the University.

We also have very interesting opportunities for EPs such as Africa in Me and Tofauti on the move they are really going to change your lives.

Finally, please share some random (but interesting) facts about yourself.

Interesting facts about me is that I can talk like donald duck,I speak 5 languages that is German, Arabic, English, Swahili and Kreol.
